Closing Improvement Projects

The first step to closing an improvement project is to make a determination what action to take at the end of the project timeline. Did the project meet the goal? Was there project progress but the goal was not met? Did the data not yet show project progress? Using the graphic below, determine if you will close the project, extend the project or end the project.
