ImPower graduates are welcome to participate in the Learning Network (LN). In the LN, participants further their improvement journey, collaborate with other LN participants, share collaborative performance data, and mentor new ImPower teams to further collaborative objectives.
Engage with New ImPower Participants
LN participants will engage with new ImPower participants during scheduled sessions (Learning sessions and/or Walk the Wall) and ad hoc as requested. It is encouraged that LN participants participate in one or more activity per cohort. The objectives for engaging with new ImPower participants are as follows:
- Learning from the best
- Idea generation / sharing intervention best practices
- Measure development or redefining the measure, as needed
- Facilitate ImPower learning session discussions
Collaborative Quarterly Meetings
Collaborative level meetings are scheduled quarterly (January, April, July, October). Participants submit data one month prior to the meeting. At the quarterly meeting, collaborative level data as well as site level data will be shared to facilitate discussion. The objectives of these meetings are listed below:
- Share data as a collaborative and individual projects
- Discuss impactful interventions
- Set new goals and timelines
- Define success for sustained and world class performance
- Spread the word at conferences and through publications / How can you share your story?
